100-Day Return Policy
You have 100 days from the date you receive your order to request a return, provided the product is unused and in its original condition.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
• Unused and unworn
• With all original tags (if applicable)
• In original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order number)
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@kaletinfarms.com. Once your request is reviewed, we will provide return authorization and instructions.
Please do not send items back without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue.
For defective, damaged, or incorrect items:

Exchanges

Returned EU items must be:

Refunds
