Our Story
Kaletin Farms was created from real life, not from a business plan.
We are Paul and Nika, a family based in Central Texas and longtime Maine Coon breeders. Our daily life is shared with our cats, and that experience has shaped how we think about quality, safety, and trust when it comes to the products we use in our home.
We live with four Maine Coons and two classic cats, and being surrounded by them every day gives us a deep understanding of their needs, behaviors, and preferences. They are not just pets to us, they are part of our family and part of everything we do.
Why We Created Kaletin Farms
Through years of breeding and hands-on experience, we noticed how difficult it was to consistently find cat products we truly trusted. Many items looked appealing online but fell short when it came to real-world use. Some didn’t hold up over time, some didn’t support natural behaviors, and others simply weren’t designed with real cats in mind.
We wanted something better for our own cats, and we knew other cat owners were likely facing the same challenge.
That’s why we created Kaletin Farms.
Our goal is simple. We want to offer thoughtfully chosen cat products that are safe, durable, and genuinely useful in everyday life with cats. Every product we carry is selected with care, based on what actually works in a real home, not what looks good in a catalog.
We don’t believe in mass listings or filler products. If something doesn’t meet our standards for quality, function, and safety, it doesn’t belong in our collection.
Tested in Real Homes, With Real Cats
Our experience doesn’t stop at selection. Every product offered by Kaletin Farms is tested in our own home by the cats we live with.
From climbing and scratching to resting and play, we watch how products are naturally used over time. We pay attention to durability, comfort, stability, and how well an item supports instinctive behavior. That real-world feedback guides what we choose to offer and what we leave behind.
This process allows us to confidently stand behind the products we share with fellow cat owners. If it doesn’t work for our cats, it doesn’t make it into our store.

Curious and adventurous, Francesca is the explorer of the group. She’s usually the first to investigate new products, making her a natural tester for design, durability, and everyday use.

A seven-toed polydactyl with a strong need to keep her nails in check. Afina is incredibly friendly, loves to cuddle, and is especially drawn to scratchers and textured surfaces.

Quiet and observant, Sasha is on the shy side but very friendly once comfortable. As a six-toed polydactyl, she pays close attention to scratching surfaces and cozy, secure spaces.

Rainbow
Highly affectionate and endlessly curious, Rainbow has no concept of personal space. He thrives on movement and exploration and is especially drawn to self-moving and interactive toys that keep him active.

Luna
Affectionate but independent, Luna enjoys cuddling on her own terms. As the oldest matriarch of the group, she favors long naps and reliable scratching surfaces she can return to day after day.
Our Commitment
At Kaletin Farms, every product we offer is tested in our own home with our own cats. We believe that the only way to stand behind what we sell is to use it ourselves and see how it performs in real life, with real animals, every single day.
As breeders and lifelong cat owners, we understand how frustrating it can be to sort through countless brands without knowing what is truly safe, reliable, or worth trusting. Our goal is to remove that guesswork for fellow cat lovers by offering products we know are well made, dependable, and genuinely useful. If it does not meet our standards, it does not make it into our collection.
